All rates are based on 1 RV + 1 vehicle and up to 2 guests per site, including water, sewer, and complimentary amenities.
Daily and Weekly Rates include electricity. Please pay for the time you know you will be staying due to NO REFUNDS.

Based on 5 Months of Occupancy During the Winter and 7 Months Unoccupied

No Pets over 50 Pounds.
We do not allow Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, or Wolf Hybrids.

Each additional guest over 7 years old is $4/day, $20/week, or $40/Month.
Extra fees will apply for large or additional vehicles. (Inquire in office regarding availability of space for large or additional vehicles)
